We will head straight to the Twins game. You are welcome to pack a lunch to eat on the way down, or bring money to buy food/snacks at the ball park. The tickets include one hot dog and a soda. We will call or text when we are getting close to Bethlehem; our arrival time will depend on how long the game goes.
Please register by May 12 to guarantee a t-shirt and a Twins ticket. Please talk to Pastor Sarah if you will need scholarship funds. Please download this form and turn it into the office.
We gather at Bethlehem at 9:00 a.m. and depart to serve in our community for the morning. Places we traditionally serve include Habitat for Humanity, Operation Sandwich, Parks and Rec, Confidence Learning Center, Salem West, nursing homes, and the Senior Center.
Lunch & Bible Study
For lunch each Thursday, we will picnic in a park, weather permitting, enjoy the outdoors and finish our lunch time with a short bible study.
In the afternoons, we gather with other local ELCA churches to do something fun. In the past, we have played mini golf at Pirates Cove, gone to the water park, played games and had ice cream, went swimming, attended a Twins game, and gone to the beach.
